I have Samsung HW-s800b soundbar with subwoofer.
At first, I was very unhappy because the volume was so low on these rear speakers you could only hear if your ear was to the speaker. After messing around with the Samsung SmartThings app and adjusting levels (turn center all the way down and rear all the way up, disabling voice enhancement ) I’m now blown away. Every movie on Netflix and other apps, YouTube videos, music, is completely immersive with incredible surroung sound.
Negatives: They don’t function great right out of the box, it takes some time to get them working properly with the app. Don’t get discouraged. Keep adjusting levels and experimenting until you find the right mix.
Also, the wall mounts only face forward. There is no option to angle towards your seating area. They’ll be going into storage.
